Refund policy
At Houseplants Family, we take pride in the care and quality of our products. As a small business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or general dissatisfaction. All sales are considered final once placed.
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at houseplantsfamily@gmail.com with a detailed description and clear photos of the damage. Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, you will be required to ship the item back to us at your own expense. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate based on the condition of the product.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if the returned item is not found to be defective or if the return conditions are not met.
